Calculate the emission factor of the Albanian power grid, considering the large imports of fossil fuel energy. To achieve this, the CDM tool will be used and the Albanian grid boundaries will be defined to calculate the operating, construction and combined margin emission factors. The ultimate goal is to obtain an accurate emission factor that takes into account Albanian fossil fuel imports for a Gold Standard project. This will require obtaining accurate data on the Albanian power grid and energy sector from government records, official publications and power companies.
