Atmosphere developed and designed a methodology for Fugitive Emissions Reduction for the hydrocarbon sector in Colombia, which included a computational tool for the calculation of emissions reduction. Subsequently, it socialized the methodology created, as well as the tool, with the interested actors.
This methodology was accepted by the Ministry of Mines and Energy for application in the country.
