Conduct a thorough due diligence on the Project and review the Project Document Design (VPA and POA) in order to provide feedback on the deliverables, assessing the following elements, among others:

• Documentary design of the project
• Review of GHG programs potentially applicable to the project that may allow access to trade of verified emission reductions in international markets -Methodological approach for the establishment of the baseline and project scenarios
• Baseline assessment, additionality and follow-up requirements
• Preliminary estimate of emission reduction potential and potential price for the sale of carbon credits
• Country context review and potential for national authorization of the Project's emission reductions.
• Cost estimation and execution timeframe of the compensation project cycle (phase I update)
• Regulatory, operational, stakeholder, quality risks and how they may affect the Project's ability to generate carbon credits.
• Evaluation of the GDS (global sustainability development goals) based on the information presented.
